Federal Liberal Party officer resigns to back rejected Richmond candidate

The fallout from the Liberal Party of Canada’s decision not to permit former candidate Wendy Yuan to run in Richmond East claimed another victim Tuesday with the resignation of the party’s B.C. membership chairman.
