Kinder Morgan pipeline review loses 35 participants over ‘biased’ process

The NEB released its draft conditions for review of Kinder Morgan’s Trans Mountain pipeline expansion, but several major players have upstaged the announcement by saying they won’t take part because the process is biased and unfair.
