Fact Check: NDP and Liberals on the $15 minimum wage

The NDP is pledging to “reinstate a federal minimum wage and increase it to $15” but the Liberals say that’s misleading because the vast majority of minimum wage workers are in not federally-regulated industries and would therefore be unaffected.
