Former Conservative MP Randy White may change vote

A former Conservative MP from British Columbia says he is thinking of changing his vote. Randy White told CTV’s Richard Madan outside an NDP rally in Parksville, B.C., that he’s “not happy with what’s going on in Ottawa.”
