Theft of wheelchair lift prompts act of kindness

It’s been a week of highs and lows for Tara and Rob Arnot. First an essential piece of equipment for their handicapped son, Jesse – a lift to allow them to get his custom wheelchair into their van – was stolen from their front yard Aug. 11.
