CNSC updates REGDOC-3.5.2, Compliance and Enforcement: Administrative Monetary Penalties

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) has updated REGDOC-3.5.2, Compliance and Enforcement: Administrative Monetary Penalties. Specifically, section 3.3 on “right to request a review” has been modified. The Commission Secretariat now has a form available to assist persons wishing to request a review of an issued notice of violation.
