Lawsuit over Enbridge’s ‘Alberta Clipper’ pipeline to be heard in U.S. court

A U.S. court begins hearing arguments this week in a lawsuit claiming more oilsands crude has been allowed to flow from Alberta into the United States without adequate public input or environmental review.
