City leaders in Lincoln City, Oregon are getting ready to celebrate their town’s 50th birthday later this month, and they’re looking for a certain type of person. “We want all ‘Lincolns,’ said Roger Robertson. “First name, last name, middle name, if you’re a ‘Lincoln’ you belong here.”
