CBSA charges man accused of illegally employing martial arts instructors

On March 14, 2016, Border Services Agency (CBSA) criminal investigators charged Felix Kofi Ayensu of Caledon, Ontario, with nine offences related to the unauthorized employment of foreign nationals under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). The offences are: six counts of unauthorized employment of foreign nationals; two counts of misrepresentation; and one count of counselling misrepresentation.
