Tribunal Finds Injury—Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe Originating in or Exported from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) today found that the dumping and subsidizing of carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China have caused injury to the domestic industry. Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Border Services Agency. The complainants in this case were Evraz Inc., NA , Canadian National Steel Corporation, Tenaris Global Services () Inc., Algoma Tubes Inc. and Prudential Steel ULC.
